Access Opens for the season on Thursday, May 7th!

Launching your boat CAN be Easier and Less Stressful!

Tired of long lines & uncontrolled stressful situations launching your boat at a public access? What is your time & sanity worth?

Streamline launching your boat at our private access with long, sturdy docks, with an Everyday Summer Season Pass for $349! Not sure? Try us out Monday thru Thursday for a daily fee of $8.

Please Read 2026 Summer Season Pass Policies Below...

  • I agree there will be ABSOLUTELY NO SHARING of this season pass and that it is NON-Transferable. Please treat this pass like cash. Lost and stolen season passes will NOT be replaced. I understand this pass is for personal use only. It allows for one boat to be launched by me and my immediate family.

  • I understand ALL guest vehicles will be parked on the street and NOT on In Towne Marina’s lot. This is not a parking pass for individual vehicles without trailers. This pass is for ACCESS use only and does NOT guarantee me parking with my trailer on In Towne Marina’s lot and therefore I may have to overflow park onto the street without blocking fire hydrants or driveways. Please respect our neighbor’s peace and privacy while parking. I agree my vehicle, trailer, boat and equipment, myself and passengers are under my custody, care and control, and hold harmless the In Towne Marina, its owners or agents, for any property or personal liability.

  • I agree to prepare my boat for launching (removing straps, installing boat plug, etc…) without holding up the line before backing down the access and display my pass on my mirror while launching and while parked. I will ask marina staff for assistance if needed. Once the boat is unloaded from the trailer, please ask those with you to move the boat down the dock away from the access to keep the line moving and allow others to launch faster.

  • I agree to use LOW throttle when coming and going from the marina navigation area. When loading boat onto trailer, I will use LOW throttle only and TRIM UP to prevent undermining of boat ramp. After removing my boat from the water, I agree to move away from the access area and head up the hill to the right to stay out of the flow of access traffic.

  • I understand that Vehicles with ANY Pontoon trailer and Vehicles with Oversized trailers totaling over 40 feet MUST park up on the street, unless notified otherwise by marina staff. "Dually" Trucks MUST park on the street.

  • I understand that Season Pass holders can launch before or after business hours, but cannot park overnight on the Parking Lot without permission. Only Season Pass holders can launch on weekends and holidays.

  • I agree to utilize public locations such as Lake Waconia Regional Park and other public accesses to pick up excess passengers or large groups of people. Cedar Point park in Waconia Bay is a great spot to unload stand-up paddleboards, kayaks or canoes. Marina docks are NOT a pick-up or drop-off site for anything other than launching a fishing boat, powerboat or pontoon.

  • I understand there will be NO COMMERCIAL USE of this season pass. That includes, but is not limited to launching to operate a rental business, using my boat as a ferry/tour service, lakeshore landscaping, dock/lift installation, etc…

  • I will follow MN Aquatic Invasive Species Laws. A person leaving waters of the state must drain water-related equipment holding water including bait containers, live wells and bilges by removing the drain plug before transporting the watercraft. I agree to remove or open drain plugs, bailers, valves or other devices used to control the draining of ballast tanks, bilges and live wells. I agree to check for and remove any weeds from my boat and trailer before leaving the marina.

  • I will follow the In Towne Marina Proper Conduct Policy: We are a fun, family-oriented environment. Our expectation is respectful conduct on the premises at all times. We do not permit disrespectful conduct toward other members, guests or employees. Disrespectful conduct includes, but is not limited to unsafe boating practices, language or demeanor that is vulgar, profane, indecent, offensive, hostile or threatening. Customer & guests will abide by all MN & U.S. laws, and agree to our proper conduct policy, or risk voiding this season pass, with no guarantee of refund.
